These terms will apply to any contract between you and us for the sale of products. Please read them carefully and make sure you understand them before ordering any products from our site. These terms and any contract between us will only be in English.
By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these Terms and Conditions you should contact us by email before placing an order using the contact form or contact details below.

Furthermore you acknowledge that the terms and conditions are updated regularly and that it is your responsibility to check for updates. Glenlynacademy.com is owned and operated by Glenlyn Academy and operates under UK law. All prices shown on the website are displayed inclusive of VAT.
All rights in this website are owned by Glenlyn Academy. Any use of this website other than for your own personal non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Glenlyn Academy. The names, logos and taglines identifying Glenlyn Academy’s products and services are proprietary marks of Glenlyn Academy.
While we try hard to ensure the accuracy of the information displayed on the website, neither Glenlyn Academy, nor its information contributors can be held responsible for the accuracy of the information found on the glenlynacademy.com site. The reproduction of colours on our site is as accurate as the photographic process will allow. Your monitor settings can also alter the appearance of products further. If any errors are discovered we reserve the right not to accept the order, in which case we will contact you to find out how you would like to proceed.
Glenlyn Academy make every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or anything that could damage your computer. It is your responsibility to make sure you have taken precautions to protect your computer from damage.
All prices shown on the website are displayed inclusive of delivery to Glenlyn Academy, Sydenham. Please ensure you collect your order from the office within 14 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email. Proof of identity will be required to collect your order. ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
We reserve the right not to accept your order and payment for any reason. Upon submission of your order, your credit card will be charged for the full value and you will receive a order confirmation email at the email address you provided. Only upon shipment of your order is that confirmation that your order has been accepted. If we decide not to accept your order we will refund your initial form of payment as soon as possible.
During the registration process, you must provide your email address and set up a password which can be used for future ordering. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
A confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT where applicable and shipping). No contract for the sale of any product will exist between us until we accept your order sending you an email as confirmation. We will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email confirming despatch.
If we are unable to supply you with a product, for example because that product is not in stock or no longer available or because of an error in the price on our site, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the products, we will refund you the full amount as soon as possible.
Every time you order products from us, the terms in force at that time will apply to the contract between you and us. These terms may be revised from time to time.
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items from the time of placing the order up to 7 days after despatch of the delivery. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Order cancellations must be made by email, quoting your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has already been shipped to us you will need to pay for the return postage. Please do not open any sealed packaging or try on the items. The parcel is your responsibility until you return it to the Glenlyn Academy office. Once we have received the item we will credit your card accordingly.
We are pleased to offer a no quibble 28 day returns guarantee on all faulty products. Simply return your items within 28 days of date of invoice for any reason for a full refund. If any custom charges or taxes have been paid, these will not be refunded to you.
All of our garments are scrutinised prior to despatch but should be checked before use as we do not accept returns on worn clothing, unless a fault has quickly revealed itself after initial wear. In such isolated cases the garments need to be washed before return.
Tights may not be returned once opened unless they are faulty.
Printed items are created individually for each order and can not be returned. Please ensure you have chosen the correct size before ordering.
Refunds will be credited to the credit or debit card used for the original purchase as soon as possible, in any case within 30 calendar days.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Glenlyn Academy is a registered data user under the Data Protection Act and observes the code of practice covering the use of personal data. We collect your information to keep in contact with you while we process your order and send you our newsletter if you have subscribed to it.We will not share your data with any third parties unless required to do so by law.
